    Client: Kew Gardens

    Kew wanted to create an email marketing communications plan for their prospects, members and trade contacts.

    Working closely with the team we developed a fresh new email template to create a consistent visual identity online for the Kew brand. More recently we've worked with them to help segment their data to achieve a targeted campaign that would further maximise results.

    Since taking responsibility for the e-newsletters in October 2006, we have now also handled a number of Kew’s PPC campaigns and online competitions with the objective of supporting the various festivals and events held at Kew and to help increase the email marketing database.

    We have seen some great results, with open and click thru rates well exceeding industry standards. We've also seen a great reaction to the online competitions we've run with one campaign resulting in an opt-in rate of 63%, effectively doubling the size of the database!
